Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule a ride?
Scheduling a ride is easy. You can request transportation by calling our office, submitting a ride request through our website, or having your healthcare provider coordinate transportation on your behalf. We recommend scheduling as early as possible to ensure availability.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
Yes. We work with approved insurance plans and Medicaid transportation programs where applicable. Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and transportation benefits. If you’re unsure whether your ride is covered, our team will be happy to help verify your eligibility.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly provide non-emergency medical transportation throughout Houston and the surrounding communities. If you need transportation outside of our standard service area, please contact us to discuss your travel needs and availability.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling your ride at least 24 to 48 hours before your appointment whenever possible. However, we understand that medical needs can arise unexpectedly and will do our best to accommodate same-day or urgent transportation requests based on availability.
Can I travel with a family member or caregiver?
Yes. One family member or caregiver may accompany you during your ride, provided there is available seating. Please let us know when scheduling so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.
What if I need to cancel or change my ride?
If your appointment changes or you need to cancel your transportation, please notify us as soon as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to update our schedule and better serve all of our patients. Our team will gladly assist you with rescheduling if needed.
